Booking conditions

Dear clients,

In order to welcome you in the best conditions and ensure you have the most pleasant stay possible, please take note of the following:

The minimum duration of a rental is 5 days

A deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay will be requested for the acceptance of the reservation.

A contract containing in detail the respect of our respective rights and obligations, will be sent to you, you will have to return it to us duly completed and signed.

The reservation will become firm upon receipt of the deposit.

The balance must be paid at least -30 days from the date of arrival.

In case of withdrawal:

- more than 30 days, refund of deposit

- between 30 and 15 days, refund of 50% of the sums paid

- within 15 days, no refund

The check-in and check-out inventory will be carried out by our concierge service.

A security deposit (deposit not cashed, by check or credit card) of €1,000.00 (one thousand €uros) will be requested upon arrival at Domaine de la Palmeraie.

In the event of a two-week stay, a change of sheets is included mid-stay.

The ecolodges must be returned in a state compatible with use of the premises as a "good father".
